Hello. I placed an order last week and haven't received any confirmation email. I was wondering if someone can tell me what's going on? I've tried calling BT 4 times and keep getting people who " need me bt account number " and just do not understand I want an update on my order ! Very frustrating so far.... Calling the call centre has been a nightmare.
I'd recommend that you contact our order team and they'll be able to look into this further.
