We had Phone, broadband & tv package whick arrived yesterday (23rd sept). The activation date was yesterday & an openreach engineer came & installed a phone line. The broadband doesnt work, theyre sending another hub next week.
I notice theyve changed the completion date to the 27th sept.
I've read some posts on here about BT using this date change to avoid paying out on Topcashback
Is there anything I can do to try & avoid this?
Hi @davidc3 As long as you order was submitted via Topcashback correctly once all of your order completes they will be able to track it successfully when you claim your cashback.
