Order shown as in-progress although it has been completed
I ordered BT Infinity and the broadband installation has been completed on 16 Sep 2016. However the website still says that order is in progress and I am unable to view bills and claim BT rewards. Has anyone had similar experience? What should I do? Thanks!

Thanks Keith. I waited an hour for the live chat, gave up and called again today, finally managed to get through and they told me they will update the system.
