OK folks BT doing my head in today, my mobile is not registering the SIM and SIM card status shows network unknown, service state out of service and mobile network state is disconnected. Cannot make calls or texts to anyone. I tried to order a new SIM card using BT web site, but the final bit says I need to ring them to order it, which I cannot do. I have tried numerous times to access the online help but due to COVID there are reduced operators and I cannot connect to them. I just need a new SIM card, surely there is a way to get one without having to perform miracles by making calls from the phone which does not make calls. Can anyone help me please
