Other voices on the line

Go to solution

A few days ago I picked up the phone and I could hear very quiet and faint voices talking. I think it was my neighbour? But it hasn't happened since? I was wondering if this has happened to anyone?

Thanks

The chances are that it is a fault on the incoming telephone line known as overhearing.

You will need to report this to whoever provides your phone line (BT call 0800 800 151) It could be that when they test the line they will not be able to see an apparent fault. If you know your neighbours phone number give this to the advisor who takes the fault
