My daughters who live in Bow/Mile End, London lost their Infinity since last wednesday and although this outage is listed in the BT Service Status page, it doesn't tell me much. The estimated fix date is shown as "ongoing". Can someone in the know here let us know a little bit more such as what happened in the Edgware area and when does service is likely to resume. It will be nice to know what sort of compensation BT is likely to offer. Thanks.
