Evening,
I recently reinstalled windows and added outlook using my Microsoft 365 account.
Unfortunately I'm having trouble configuring the BT email settings. I have listed the settings below, however I'm able to send emails, just not receive any.
Within my webmail, I have subfolders containing emails under 'Inbox' and these appear in outlook (with the emails), however any emails (at the root of Inbox) do not appear.
Microsoft have been looking to resolve this, but so far no success. Any help would be appreciated

Installed new Microsoft 365 software... attempted to register IMAP BT email account and it failed... saw it was trying to connect to a yahoo, not btinternet, domain... swapped in the data above and... BINGO!
