Hi, my bill has been increased to 70 Pounds a month for 8MB unlimited broadband , this is becoming crazy overpriced, i have payed every bill on time for the last 2 years, i'm a loyal customer but now feel like 'getting rolled over.

It sounds like your current deal has ended and the discount you were receiving has dropped off. Best to call BT to see what discount they can offer you to stay with them for another 2 years.

as I posted on your previous similar post phone the options team 0800800030 they should be able to help you if you are out of contract the call is free and they deal with contract changes/renewals

@imjolly you're wasting your time, that poster has been told that numerous times but states it doesn't work for them. They seem to be quite happy to post on here & moan rather than solving the issue

as been mentioned above, phone BT and negotiate. it can be done, i do it everytime the contract runs out and have done for the last 10+years

@LucyGidney95 Seems like the most likely reason is that you're currently out of contract. This means any discount that was being applied on the contract has been revoked as you are no longer in an agreed price for a term.

I would recommend calling if at all possible and speak to the value team to see what they're able to offer you, and find something that is beneficial in duration and cost for yourself.
