Overcharged Bill?

Hi,


I have logged into my online account this morning and checked my August bill it says that its comes to £8.29 however I am a bit confused as to why its not the normal amount of £4.70 .  Is this because the line rental saver option ends on the 9th September ?

Yes, looks like your year of Line Rental Saver has ended. It does not automatically renew as you have to pay the £120 up front but you should have received an email to advise you when it was ending according to this:

Thanks for your response,

 

I've checked my account again and it does state that the line rental does end on 9th September 2011.  However, I have not had any emails advising me that I need to renew.
