Overcharged

We are with bt because it's the only company that does fibre here. We never use the phone anyway and our monthly bill was always at I think £37 or so pound. My last like 4 or 5 bills have been £75 and the one i just got today was £80 something pound !? A month?! Sorry but that cannot be right ?

Have you spoken with our billing team to find out why your bill has changed? When you signed up, did you take up a contract with us with a special promotional price? I'd recommend speaking with our Value team on 0800800030 to see if they can help you.
