I was lucky enough to secure a PS5 from the BT shop on the 04th of December. It was due to be delivered yesterday and now parcel force has advised it’s gone missing.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? The only way to contact BT shop is via email as telephone and live chat is closed.
I ordered this for my brother, it’s my nephews Christmas present, he’s going to be heartbroken on Christmas morning.
Would be useful to know if anyone else has experienced the same issue?
Raise a report to Parcel force and also notify BT Shop. There's been reports of several deliveries of ps5's from various online retailers going "missing" or getting "lost"... I know this doesn't help you in getting your PS5 when you should but the thieving ******** need catching, sacking and prosecuting...
The exact same has happened to me, been in the local depot since Saturday, now they can’t find it. Not sure what bt are doing about yours?

You would need to contact the BT Shop, the orders are raised and disptached by them, the phone lines are currently closed, you can email for support using email@example.com
