Spoke too soon! Although Unlimited Anytime Calls theoretically restored on 14 November, I am still being charged for calls! Someone on your chatline has assured me that refunds will be made but I am reuctant to believe anything in view of recent history. Can you intervene again please?
Hi @latamise I have received an update on the billing fault I raised. They cannot fix this until the open order on your account is completed on the 15th December. Therefore as your next bill is due on the 10th December we will be back in touch after the bill is issued to refund the incorrect call charges raised on that bill for you.
