Hi, I placed and order for Unlimited BT Infinity 4 + Calls on 7th April 2017. Due to a fault on the new fibre line the installation of the ONT didn't take place until 6th July but now I have fibre broadband working.
I'd like to set up my extras but my dashboard is only showing that I have a phone account, not phone + broadband. I contacted BT via chat on Friday 7th July and was told that my account would be correct by today 10th July.
My dashboard still only shows a phone account and so does the BT mobile app. I'd like my packages sorting out asap please. I have been able to claim my reward but I'd like to set up BT Cloud and currently can't do that.
