Around 3 months ago I upgraded my mobile data deal to 100GB and as a Bt Plus customer I should be getting 100GB extra, but I am still only getting 6GB extra,which originates from my old package. Why is this so difficult to rectify? Before you suggest I call Bt customer service or go on online chat,I have done this 5 times where I have been assured it will be sorted, but never is.
So where are all the agents at to help me? Waste of time 😣
