Packet Loss/Latency fluctuations every 20-30 seconds

I have installed a new Smart Hub, had an engineer come check on the line and equipment and He could not find anything wrong. We are a heavy online gaming household and stability of the line is important, those packet losses and conection timeouts every 20-30 secs just make it unbareable. Im tired already of calling costumer service and getting a "Yes this willl fix this problem in a few hours" while I wait forever... I've had fibre for more than a year and never had this problem before. I was even suggested by the engineer to ask BT to get changed to a Fast Path Latency profile, but I checked and I already am on that one still same problem..
