Packet Loss makes online gaming awful

Hello.

Been a very happy BT infinity customer for a while now. But i recently started online gaming and keep getting disconnected from the gaming server. After running diagnostics I believe the cause is signifcant packet loss between the modem and the first/second server in the hop. Here are some of the example diagnostics. I have tested using my HH, the openreach modem and i'm currently using my VR900. All of which give the same issues, so it's not the router/modem.

It looks like I'm geting a lot of packets lost (50% plus) and this is most certainly the cause of the issues. Any help assistance is appreciated. This is obviously a BT/Openreach problem. Funily enough the cabinet is fairly new (within the last 12 months). Perhaps nobody else knows there is a problem with it or have reported any issues.
