interesting is the stats you posted using your friends set up shows fast and not interleaved
So more or less a month after raising my issue i am no further forward, have had two enginners into my house - been looked at by the "MODS" and a specialist technical team to be told nothing we can do you just have to lump it (granted i para phrased this) this is utterly disgraceful behaviour from BT. I physically can not use my line for anything other than web browsing, to which my mobile does a better job.
I have asked BT for a deadlock letter and also where within my T&C is states that packet loss is an acceptable problem on a line, and what they class as acceptable in percentage terms. I will then raise this up via the ombudsman as i feel this is not correct and utterly disgraceful.
These are my latest Path Ping Stats - as you can see my home hub has changed from previous test - this was to prove everyhting within my property works and its the line that is the issue. The Major issue is the jump from my hub to the first hop within the BT network.
