Yes

 

got this now. It seems to be evenenings where the net drops, I understand that speeds go down during peak but by that much? Ping also go up, A good amount of packetloss.

Your throughput is so low that I can't understand how BT isn't noticing that there are congestion problems (oh wait, BT never notices congestion problems) with the backhaul that need to be reported to them. I think @john46 or @imjolly will be able to provide the number that you need to use to report the congestion problem.

I have been in contact with someon from here for about 3 months to no success, I was told  that the suppliers had found an issue on my line on 17/09 and the work would be done before  15/10. The work hasn't been done and wasd told 'I am waiting for an update from our suppliers about the work being done at your exchange. I should hear back from them within the next few days so once I get an indication as to what the next steps are I will be in touch'. Who can I chase up to get this sorted?
