I have recently upgrade from HomeHub 6 to Smart Hub 2. Following the upgrade my Panasonic 49FX700 SMART TV won't connect to the internet. It can see the router (on both a wired and Wi-Fi basis) and receives an IP address from the router but cannot connect to the internet. I've disabled Smart Set up on the Smart Hub as suggested in some of the other posts but still cannot connect to the internet. Can anyone offer any advice please.

Are you able to access the internet ok from other devices?
Have you tried a factory reset on the TV and set it up again as a new install?
I can access the internet from other devices it just the TV won’t connect
That is why I said reset the TV.

In that case there's nothing wrong with your router, the problem is (as @gg30340 says) with your TV
It seems that recently some Panasonic TVs have had issues with internet connectivity associated with BT's DNS servers.
I'm not saying that is necessarily the cause of your problem but for several others I've suggested setting the TV to use Google's DNS servers which have resolved their problems. This thread is the most recent which might help you.
