Hello,
I previously changed my account settings to receive my bills online only. However, I have received a paper bill today and been charged £3 for it!
When I re-checked my account settings today, it is continuing to show me as having online billing only. I am therefore unsure as to why I am still being sent paper bills and being charged for them.
Can anyone advise please?

If you call the BT billing department on 0800.800.150 they should be able to give you an answer.
