As it stands Paramount+ is just a rebrand of CBS All Access which is  only available in the U.S. and Latin America...

I think in Europe it becomes available in Sweden, Denmark,Norway and Finland c 25 March.

(Australia seems expected at an unspecified date later this year).

Expect lots of complexities on sorting out  rights issues as they look to rollout  into international markets ,
