I've been trying to setup the parental control for the last couple of months without success. When I first started I pressed the Activate button, and got a screen telling me it was being setup, and to check back in 24 hours.
Ever since then, the Parental Controls have shown as unavailable.
I've spent countless conversations withh the Indian call center and I'm not sure they really get what the issue is. In addition, they dont seem willing/able to pass me through to someone who can help because they are apparently an 'off line' team.
I could rant on about how they either dont call back when they say they will or calling the wrong number, but it wont help here.
Can one of the Mod's please see if they can assist here and finally get the controls turned on, otherwise I'm going to have to start looking at creating a DHCP server and passing my DNS via OpenDNS.

Sorry for the problems you're having activating Parental Controls. The community isn't going to be able to help with this so you can send us over your details and we'll give you a hand to activate the service from here.

I did check this morning, and it was still not available, but the fault is no longer showing in the faults screen
I gave your mobile number a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you today. The BT Parental Controls are now showing as active on your account. Please can you check if the service is working at your end?
no idea why it didn’t ring,anyway it is showing as active on the screen, but when I try and modify the settings I get the following

Ive tried with IE11 and on an iPad with the same results
i haven’t heard anything back since.
Are there any internal updates to the support ticket?
