Requested the Parental Controls be set up on my account, 2 weeks ago, chose moderate. I now wish to change the settings from moderate. When I log into my BT, it says "Parental Controls is being activated on your account and will be available in the next 24 hours. Please log in again later to manage your account." I've logged an incident on Friday 21st (xxxxxx-xxxxxx), it's gone to second line and the offline team, but still remains unresolved. Any advice/ideas ? Thanks.
It sound like the order is stuck in the system somewhere.
See if they can resolve the issue, as it was only four days ago when you reported it, and it may have to be passed to another department to deal
