Parental Controls are not working

Can you supply more details such as how are they not working. Are the showing in your MyBT. What happens when you try to activate them etc etc.

Hi ,

It looks as activated, however when I make a test, all the web content is visible . I have tried to restart the modem but didn't make a change.

Hi,

I have tested parental control on my ipad and iphone using BT wifi . They working fine as expected. It was not allowed to enter to any adult sites

But  the Macbook air doesn't recognize any parental control . It is allowing to access to all adult content. What could be the reason? Why is it bypassing it?

Is your Mac a company owned device, if so it will most likely have a VPN set up.

If not you would have to have set it up to use a VPN. See link how to check the settings to see if one is being used.
