I'm trying to change the parental controls on my mobile data but I keep getting the same message saying my settings aren't available and to check back in 30 minutes, but the message won't disappear!
Any advice?

Are you making the change while logged in to MyBT on a computer or are you attempting to make the change on the mobile version of MyBT?
I cannot be absolutely certain from your description but are you logging out when you see the message? If not, you should and try again from scratch.
I've been doing it on the mobile version. Have logged in and out to try and restart the process but still saying the same. Will give it a go on a computer and see if it makes any difference
Same message on both desktop and mobile. "Settings aren't available right now. Please wait 30 minutes and try again" have logged out of both desktop and mobile and back in again to try change it but still nothing
Hi @simondavis92, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry you can't access the Parental Controls.
When you're logged into your online account would you please check if you have any open orders as this is one of the causes of this error.

I do have an open order, it was tv, broadband and Sim all at once. Got the sim card already but still waiting for broadband and TV so the order is still open. Maybe thats the problem then?
