Parental controls not working although set up correctly

Parental controls have always worked fine however over past month although set up are not blocking any sites - I have switched them on, set to block YouTube etc and types of site (ie pornography) and saved the setting getting the green bar saying all saved. However am able access sites I have said are blocked.  I access on iPad / iPhone.  Can you help?

Ive seen previous posts and read and tried all suggestions but nothing works.  As I said it has always worked but stopped about 4 weeks ago?

Hi @richardandcarolyn welcome to the forum and sorry you are having a problem with the Parental Controls. 
The first thing to to check that you are using BT's DNS settings and also confirm that you are not using a VPN. 

If the settings are BT's and you aren't using a VPN please check out I've got a problem with BT Parental Controls and post back and let us know how you get on.
