We have been getting this message for months. When it first started someone at BT at least managed to get it so we could use the Internet but now we are needing to use a VPN and we can't without the Parental controls being removed. Any idea how to get the message gone so we can at least try to permamently remove parental controls?

Hi, I had this nonsene and spoke to BTs team and got no sensible respone.. the bod in the call centre even asked me why I wanted the parental controls off??? he wont ask that again.... Anyway I managed to get this sorted out by myself by switching the BT Web Protect on and then fiddling around removing the bits i didn't want..

Sadly this hasn't worked for me. Also tried resetting the hub but no change. Can anyone help with this? Please!
