Parental controls - technical error

I'm now suddenly experiencing the same problem many others have. The parental controls have changed without my knowledge, and I cannot reset them due to technical error.

Hi,

I too have this problem - I cannot manage my Parental Controls  due to a 'technical error. I have rung the BT and got through to the Indian call centre more times now than I wish to remember. I get promises of calls back and nothing gets resolved. Please can BT  help and fix this problem?
