I am attempting to change the password on one of my sub account email addresses (managed to change the main account password easily), go to the bt.com/passwordreset page, enter in the BT IT (which is the email address in full) and password, then get a 404 error.
The email account will be blocked within 5 days if I don't change the password, but the page to do so is missing.
What can I do?

Err, I think you will find that there are many of us that haven't been migrated and are still on BTYahoo mail. As indeed you obviously are or that page wouldn't have worked.
