I have forgotton my password to login to my account online. I need to reset it however, when I click to send a PIN to my email address nothing happens.
I have checked the address and junk folder but it definitely hasn't been recieved. It then gives the only option to chat to BT online but it says that nobody is available.
Please advise as I want to be able to login this weekend to watch the Rugby on BT Sport
