I try to change my username to another email address, but the password to be confirmed is always wrong. I reset my password after I request to change my username because I can remember my old password (it is auto filled by the browser). I wonder what I can do to change the username. I can currently log in using the new password.
Hi @ronal9527 Is it the BT ID username you are trying to change? If so check out How to change your BT ID Username and see if that helps you?
It's not just you, I have this exact error problem...
I can log in to my account with my username and password just fine, but when I go to edit my BT ID username, it says that same password is incorrect.
