I want to change my email password.

Can I just change my bt.com password or are they different?

Hi @Thompson218 and thanks for posting.

The BTiD and email passwords are independent but you can use the same one for both. Does I need to change or reset my BT Email password help?

Hi @Thompson218,

Thanks for the reply. You would only need 2 passwords. One for your email and one for your BTiD (where you can view bills etc).
