Paying for BT but says need subscription on channel

If a MOD is reading this could you possibly help and contact my in-laws (Aged 80+) who are having trouble with BT sport through the box.  Can you DM me and I will supply their details.  They have spoken to offshore team but been unable to resolve.... thanks
