I have been with bt for my broadband now for 6 months or more yet on my bank account no money for my broadband is coming out yet my phone line bill is and now I am getting a £90 in debit I have NOT got any letters saying got a problem with paying my broadband all my info is correct now I saw my bill will be £65 on my next due payment which is next month
I will give BT a call if no one replies
so what the hell is going wrong
With that information we can't really help. What package have you got? Was there a discount or free period? Do you pay by direct debit/monthly/quartely? How much are your call charges?
