Whether you use the landline is immaterial you need to pay the line rental to enable you to use your broadband
when was the last time you renewed your contract? If you are no longer in fixed term contract then you are paying standard rate terms as your discount has ceased. Call 0800800030 which is option team and renegotiate a new deal
