Payment holiday

Is it not the case that if my direct debit is changed (or I am given a payment holiday) then I must be informed 14 days in advance and when I say informed I mean that I should receive some communication not that a note is put into my account?

Thanks

Re: Payment holiday

You're notified on your bill. If you have paperless online billing, it's up to you to check the bill when it's produced.
