Is it just me, or are a lot of recent posts starting to become more unpleasant on this forum. Even very calm and sensible responses seem to cause posters to fly off the handle at the mildest question.
I know the COVID situation is getting people down in the run up to Christmas, but the civility of some people is questionable.
Is there any way to display on the forum that this is only a customer to customer forum and not BT driven?
@TheRealBudski I think the issue is that people expect this to be an alternative way to contact BT and therefore vent but then don't like being told that it's a customer to customer forum and won't follow any advice given because in their minds, they know better
