Hi I suggest you contact the forum mods now you have definitely exchange problems they can this sorted for you this is a link to them

as it says in the post  up to 3 working days  there should have been a ref number when you submitted the email

I got an email today saying my issue should have been resolved. Well it hasn't. Speed test a moment ago showed 0.49 mbps

 

I've seen other people here posting this info.

I'd love to but over the last week, having tried to use the "Tap3 Test Configuration" of the speedtest around 30 times different times of the day, it has worked exactly 0 times, and always fails at 96%.
