Hi
My cashback has been pending for some time now. Other people that qualified for the cashback and that ordered their services after me have reported theirs is now confirmed. I am becoming concerned there is an issue with mine now.
If someone from the BT team could let me know what info they need to enable them to look into it, I would be very grateful.

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Welcome to the community.
When did your order complete? It can take around 6 - 8 weeks from the date the order completes for the cashback to appear on your account.

Thank you for offering to look into this for me.
I have just finished typing my reply to your private message and before sending it decided to check the cashback status again. I am pleased to report the status has now changed to confirmed!
It must have known we were talking about it!
I am not very familiar with cashback sites but I would assume the new status now means I will definitely receive the cashback? I guess I will find out!
