Hi,
I have a new BT4600 phone that certain people can't hear me when phoning them. My voice is very faint to them. Other people I have no problem and they can hear me just fine.
Any ideas please?

Have you made sure that there is a microfilter in the lead to the phone, as any broadband signal getting into the phone, will impact on its performance?

I phoned the number and the phone line was checked (no problem) so they suggested trying a new filter.
