Hi @RobbieMac & @PaddyB,
Further to my last complaint on this subject :-
https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Fibre-broadband/Persistent-disconnects/td-p/1903288/page/5
Ever since then I have continued to suffer daily, or more, disconnects. It has not escaped my notice that the mods are providing assitance for some people that are only getting disconnects every 2 or 3 days. Since the vast majority of my disconnects are at night I have not complained again - TILL NOW !
Today I have suffered 3 disconnects, one of which was during a session with HMRC that then required the complicated log-in process for a second time, which left me furious.
So I can I beg you to investigate again please ?
According to the thread you refer to everything was acceptable.
Fair enough so it is a new fault, you know the drill.
Router stats, test socket and quiet line test.

I hear what you say but is hardly a NEW fault, it is a fault I have lived with for over 10 months.

Hi @pippincp ,
Router stats :-
Quiet line test is silent.
Can't use test socket.
Since posting here yesterday I have lost connection 4 times. 2 showed in the hub stats as the router disconnected but I don't know what caused the other 2 as there is nothing in the log and the router remained blue.
Hope this helps you and the mods.
The router stats would be more helpful than the status page.
why can't you use test socket I checked back though old posts but couldn't find the reason you are unable to use test socket

Hi @pippincp ,
When I had problems, I think it was last May/June, the last engineer went through everything with a fine toothed comb and moved the master socket to the hall, mainly so the engineers had better access. He then made a coonection through the wall to where the old master socket was and where the router is located, see picture below :-
