Has anyone ever managed to get to the bottom of the 'We can't show you any personalised deals at the moment.' issue that crops up regularly?

I am unable to see my options available to renew my contract

Depends on how long till your renewal date.

You will get a better deal phoning option team 0800800030 and negotiating deal that suits you. If you don't like what is offered don't accept and try again in few days
