I noticed on my bill there are 4 phantom calls. It has to be phantom because I have disconnected the phone from its socket since February. I do that because I have BT line just to have the broadband, I use Virgin as my main phone line, and I am fed up with the number of spam calls I received on the BT line. The lady at BT has refunded me (only 96 pence) after I expalined my situation. The question is why do these phantom calls still occurs. There has to be some glitches with the BT billing system and I tust BT will look into this and eliminate any faults.
