Hi, not sure if anyone can help but I'm having a bad time with a number port request. I had a new BT line installed a few weeks ago as BT told me they could not take over my old Plusnet line. I was given a new number and told my old one would be given back to me as soon as it became available from Plusnet. The number is now available but they have given me the wrong number, I have phoned the call centres (usually I get the Indian one) many times but still they seem unable to give me the help I need and more importantly my old phone number back. If anyone can help it would be very much appriciated.
