We have a problem with the internet cutting out. i think theres noise on the line. But BT dont recognise the phone number on there system.
When we switched to fibre they changed the number and line. We pay for it every month.
I cant use online chat as the number isnt recocgnised. Any ideas.
Ring 151 and report a line fault. If you need to use your mobile then 0800 800 151
OK, using the landline ring 17070 option 2. It should repeat your landline number make sure it is the correct one.
