Phone charges query - Landline to mobile

Go to solution

I have a BT residential phone line and pay for the unlimited anytime tarrif.

On my recent bill I have 3 calls to mobile phones that I have been charged for, but the charges don't seem to be correct.

According to my tarrif details for calls to mobile phones I should pay 15p connection + 6p/min as I am on the unlimited anytime tarrif.

The 3 charges on my bill are:

07773nnnnnn Mobile phone  0:39  27p    - should this be 21p  (15p + 6p?)

07942nnnnnn Mobile phone  2:00  33p    - I assume 2:00 counts as 3 minutes, so this looks correct

07942nnnnnn Mobile phone  0:42  27p    - should this be 21p  (15p + 6p?)

Thanks

Looks as though you're being charged as if you are on the weekend or evening plan (see tariff extract below). See what Billing Live Chat have to say. If you don't get a satisfactory answer please return here.
