I moved into a new house on Friday 14 August and the phone line was dead and hence no broadband either. I reported the fault on 14 August. I've been assured for the last 5 days that the engineers are working on it but the indian call centre just tells me the same story every day. Having no broadband is affecting my job now as I am unable to log on. Why can I not get a straight answer? Why can't I speak to an actual engineer to see what is going on? Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue? 5 days of no phone line and no satisfactory update/explanation is unacceptable.
