My calls haven't been updated since the 2nd - my billing period is to the 19th so it will be interesting to see what the system chucks out.

Any news? My call record claims to have updated on 14 July but, in fact, only shows calls to 3 July. The obvious point is that if the website offers information on calls made then it should be accurate.

Mine is still the same too.

 

Maybe some bad news from me.

The last time I reported a quite similar problem (no names showing only numbers) it took 3-4 months until it was resolved !!  Smiley Surprised

Sorry won't allow me to edit last post.

 

The date on my usage has now been updated with todays date, last call  showing for the 6/8/14

 

But what I also noticed was this, copy & pasted, my bold and colour.

 

Your usage since your last bill is listed below. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for your usage to be displayed. (This usage amount excludes line rental and other charges)

 

This is new....today, used to be 48 hours.

I have just noticed that my phone usage has only been updated to 11 July and that it now takes SEVEN DAYS to update instead of 48 hours. WHY no warning of this change?  I have made numerous Live Chats and have a reference number FIDIT5593 but NO ONE mentioned the increase in waiting time. They keep promising me something will be done but NOTHING is happening. This change started after my last Whole Bill Monthly Direct Debit on 20 June. My next bill is due on 20 July.
