Whilst going onto the main site I had trouble viewing my phone usage. Any ideas as to why?

I cannot see my usage amongst other things.
Does the "48 hours", required for BT to update recent phone usage, exclude weekends? I'm waiting to check a call made 50 hours ago (on a Saturday)
Why does it have to take so long?.
