Phoneline Help

Good afternoon!


We were meant to have our phoneline connected yesterday but the engineer never turned up and recieved no email/call/text to let us know so I stayed in all day just incase with my girls on first day of half term. When I spoke to BT last night they said that it cannot be done until the 6th November as we live on a new road and they can't do it yet BUT our next neighbour had their phoneline connected this morning right away and I found out the neighbour on the other side was connected last week. How can ours not be connected and neighbours can and someone a few doors down has been waiting almost 3months! 


So far certainly not impressed with BT.

I am sorry to see you are having problems with your BT Service

I suggest you contact the forum mods they should be able to get this problem sorted for you this is a link to them

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress

They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved

This is a customer to customer self help forum the only BT presence here are the forum moderators
